LEARNING ABOUT THE PAST (I)

Are you ready to learn about the past?


First of all, you need to learn two words: HISTORY and TIMELINE.

TIMELINE. This is an example of a timeline. (It's in your book, page 93)


In a timeline you write the years (in order) and the things that happened in those years.

So, now that you know these important things I think you're ready to do the first activity of these unit: Do the activity on your notebook 📗.

1. Do your own timeline. Sigue el ejemplo de arriba y crea una timeline de tu vida. Empieza el año en el que naciste y llega has hoy ("present day"). Hazla en español.

ANIMALS DESCRIPTIONS


Hello! Today I'm going to explain you the last activity about animals.

Watch the video as many times as you need to understand the activity. 👀📹


To sum up, you have to write TWO DESCRIPTIONS of two different animals.
  1. Mira la lista de Google Classroom (o abajo) para saber qué animales te han tocado → 1 vertebrate and 1 invertebrate. Tienes que buscar tu número de lista en la clase correcta.
  2. Mira la plantilla en la que aparecen los datos que debes poner. Plantilla
  3. Mira el ejemplo que te dejo hecho. Cheetah
  4. Escribe tus descripciones. REMENBER: 2 DESCRIPTIONS
  5. Grábate en vídeo exponiendo tus animals.

5 kingdoms

All living things in our planet are classified into five different groups or kingdoms:

  • The monera kingdom
  • The plant kingdom
  • The protist kingdom
  • The fungi kingdom
  • The animal kingdom
Watch this video to see some examples:

REMEMBER!! → LIVING THINGS = LIVING ORGANISMS


Now, to remember all of those names, you are goind to draw your hand in your notebook and write each kingdom with colors in the correct finger:
